      Pros

      the Fed won't let us fail.

      Cons

      nothing gets accomplished at this company. There's issues that keep coming up every year, we analyze it and come up with a recommendation. People spend time reviewing it then nothing becomes of it. This is a very big company so it's easy to get lost. In addition, things happen at this company that don't happen elsewhere.

      Pros

      Great collaboration between work groups. There used to be room for advancement and diversity in the workplace.

      Cons

      Lack of job security for several years culminating in a layoff after nearly 3 decades with the firm. Like many places, benefits, raises, and advancement opportunities diminished over time as the firm decided to offshore roles.
