      Pros

      It was a very good place to work for many years. Employees are treated well overall and benefits are good. A good place for a woman to have a strong management career.

      Cons

      Sometimes your opinion is not heard by Senior Management. Often new Sr. Management will try old things that didn't work and insist that this time it will.

      Great benefits. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They do more than just pay lip service to work life balance

      Pros

      Great collaboration between work groups. There used to be room for advancement and diversity in the workplace.

      Cons

      Lack of job security for several years culminating in a layoff after nearly 3 decades with the firm. Like many places, benefits, raises, and advancement opportunities diminished over time as the firm decided to offshore roles.
