      Learning and management differs from team to team, for me its good, Leaves: 30 leaves + per year Office location: Hybrid 3 days (timings atleast 6 hrs in office) Initial payment is good.

      Pros

      Great collaboration between work groups. There used to be room for advancement and diversity in the workplace.

      Cons

      Lack of job security for several years culminating in a layoff after nearly 3 decades with the firm. Like many places, benefits, raises, and advancement opportunities diminished over time as the firm decided to offshore roles.
