Pros
You have an opprotunity to make money if your in the right territory. If your given an territory it will be the worst one coming into the company. You have about 6 to 8 months to perform or they will cancel you as an employee.
Cons
To many changes in pay, products to sell to customers. A lot of customers dont need the scheduled parts cleaner service due parts being cheaper to buy instead of rebuilding a part. So a customer may only need 1 service an year but the company forces 4 to 6 services an year due to pressure to grow the company.
