Business Outlook
Pros
1. Some really smart, kind, and professional people on the technical teams 2. Lunches every day 3. Very high flexibility 4. Fun work directly with customers 5. Lots of ability to design and experiment with any technique you want 6. An unusual concentration of good talent, some very good mentors and mentees
Cons
1. Extremely inexperienced management 2. No real product or platform development 3. Tons of people show up to work and do literally nothing (many more don't even show up) 4. Complete disconnect between leadership and staff 5. Very little chance that technical work outside of customer engagements will ever see the light of day 6. No follow-through on projects, no retrospectives 7. Several counts of nepotism
