Pros
Everyone pulls together. People share good ideas and back each other up. The office managers never hesitate to help each other with clients, agents, promotion ideas. Even in these hard times for real estate people are looking ahead, looking to improve their skills and leadership abilities.
Cons
There seems to be a limited vision for changing the industry. Pretty reactive. This industry's traditional business model is under alot of pressure. It's built on former teachers, nurses and PTA moms. THere is a real opportunity to raise the level of professionalism, reduce costs and improve image. I don't see that thinking happening in the company.
