Having worked at ComPsych for over three years, my journey through meaningful roles has been a truly enriching professional experience. In my current role, I have had the privilege of developing content and facilitating presentations aligned with my areas of expertise and passion. What has stood out most throughout this journey is how consistently my unique background and skills have been recognized and embraced. ComPsych has offered a particularly meaningful space where my identity as a Bilingual Hispanic clinician and my expertise in mind-body practices are seen as genuine assets to the mission. Leadership has demonstrated a consistent commitment to excellence, innovation, and inclusion, as lived practices that shape the day-to-day culture in tangible ways.
