It may actually be better in other departments, or easy to stay for 10+ years when you aren't being scrutinized by 6+ bosses, or maybe where you're actually recognized by the CEO, but you are not valued in GRU. A good employer pays an appropriate sum for the job worked, has mentorship available, is actively involved, offers APPRECIATION & VALUE to employees, empowers their employees, or maybe even trusts them and these are simply not things you'll find here. The company runs on meeting the needs of its clients, but fails in meeting the needs of its own employees. For an Employee Assistance Program, this is absolutely ridiculous
