Pros

Marketing materials was professional training was ongoing

Cons

No benefits till 6 months, with no contribution after that time No vacation time nor time off Mandatory 75 hour week No expense/car allowance Paid as a W2 but treated as a 1099 employee Unprofessional management, arbitrary decision making Minimum wage income No paystub/can not calculate income-holdbacks Not hired til training completed-out of town training in a questionable motel, 2 weeks, no salary Position not fully disclosed at interview Very high turnover No viable leads as advertised Dealing with a population that can not afford the simpliest product-focusing on the lowest income Felt like one step BELOW a used car salesman Family Unfriendly

Pros

The people I work with

Cons

Higher up management expects so much out of you. Keeps asking for more and more responsibility without a pay raise.
