Pros

You get paid for your 1st 3 weeks in the field. ($500, $500, $250). Good training program in Chicago, all expenses paid.

Cons

Training program, like many, differ from actual field work. Once out in the field the support promised in the interview process does not happen. Management talks a good talk...unfortunately they do not follow through. Territory Managers pick and choose within their team, working only with the "top" producers instead of helping the struggling agents get better.

Thank you for taking the time to review our company. We are sorry you are disappointed in your territory manager’s follow through. Sales can be both difficult and rewarding, and we strive to offer the tools and support you need to be successful. We strongly believe Combined Insurance has an excellent training program designed to help agents be successful from day one, and it is our goal that the training and support will continue in the field. We are always striving to improve, and we would appreciate it if you would give us more information at feedback@combined.com. We wish you much success in your future endeavors.
