Pros
The people I work with Pay is decent and the benefits are good Free cable TV and internet and discounted phone service.
Cons
Very punitive review system where the customers rate your performance including your knowledge, how quickly understood their problem, and if your explanation was satisfactory leading you to lie to the customers often so you get a high rating on the survey. Often when you ask for an earlier appointment for a customer dispatch will not respond for several days. Supervisors rarely want to take calls from customers who ask to speak with them We also have to push for customers to take an unsupported wireless router unless the customer wants to pay more money for the support.
