Pros
Great benefits, pay and flexibility.
Cons
Management in a certain department do not care about their employees. Half the staff has quit since the new directors and manager. Employees that are not working is costing the department money and the directors and managers are aware for many years now and does nothing. Not profressional and seems like you are working with insecure management. The department used to be great, not now with the new director and management. Some people were promoted under the old director and the new director took away that opportunity for the rest of the staff. They do not care if you are a good worker or a bad worker, it is an easy paycheck to do nothing. We even had an employee threaten us, and he didn't get fired. Nothing. People drink at their desks, are months behind on work, and are present for about 30 hours or less of the week. There are about 4-5 hard workers that have to pick up the slack and are used and abused for their efforts to keep the department afloat.
