friendly receptionist... difficult to get fired once you're in. spending half your salary on the dress code. $25 gift card at christmas while ceo makes $20 million for a company ability to get more and responsibilities without a salary increase being told there is no money in the budget while management rakes in millions Cayman-Island based Community Insurance Group (CIG) established so company can buy assets and then lease them to the hospitals so they won't have to pay sales tax.

No internal growth New position = no new salary Constantly looking over your shoulder, everyone tries to report and backstab everyone "throw you under the bus" Overpaid, arrogant, i'm-better-than-you management no lunch room or common area.
