Pros
Great co-workers!!!! Small community, good immediate supervisors. Free lunches occasionally. Annual employee Holiday party. Good PTO accruement, good employee perks when having a service at that facility or other CHS owned hospitals.
Cons
Below average pay, apparently they don't believe in raises since they give a 2% yearly raise across the board. NO merit increases. This company does not believe in moving their experienced workers and promoting from within. The more work you do, the more they expect with NO compensation, therefore lack of employee engagement. Typical big corporation.
