Remote work environment. Stability. Large company.
Cons
High management turnover. Disrespectful communication. Favoritism - even remotely. Poor compensation with laughable merit increase policy. Managers from my experience did not like when you wanted to use PTO that you earned. They made you feel guilty for asking off and/or tried to negotiate days with you.
