The company really tries to do good things and support employees. The benefits are amazing but pricey.

Cons

You can tell at the end of the day, they are all about profits regardless of their core values. Compensation has gone down in recent years.

Easy payments, fast scheduling, great contact person Heather, no fuss locums scheduling

Spam messaging sometimes, sometimes lower end money offers

Pros

Remote, CHG has a great company culture, great place to start if you want to be a recruiter.

Cons

Base is low compared to other companies. Lots of potential for a lot of commission, however they hire a ton of recruiters which makes it hard. It feels like the managers just want you to dial the phonebook vs building your book.
