      There were positives. Done decent leadership at the Middle Mgt level

      Cons

      US based group carried an unfair amount of the work due to European labor laws. US team given far less resources, treated poorly.

      Changes rules and procedures more than I change pants, but consistently does not fix outdated systems and processed
