      Good place for part timers that need to work but want to have summers off and want to be home for their children when school is out.

      Cons

      Not a company where you can have any upward mobility outside the local job sites.

      Unlimited pto, great colleagues, and good work life balance.

      it really depends on your manager. The 401(k) is lacking.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
