      Very large company that manages to really care about the employees and always room for advancement

      Cons

      Healthcare costs seem higher than other companies but that may be caused by our country's leader, not our employer?!

      it really depends on your manager. The 401(k) is lacking.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
