      Pros

      I received some excellent training while I was with Compass They have an excellent discount program with other companies

      Cons

      I have always been highly driven and accomplish much in the course of my work day. This corporation is thriving, and yet their pay is low for the unbelievable amount of work expected each day. My General Manager worked at least 60 hours a week, most of it office work and nothing to do with the actual operation.

      Unlimited pto, great colleagues, and good work life balance.

      Cons

      it really depends on your manager. The 401(k) is lacking.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
