      Compass groups prime directives are in line with todays hot topics..sustainability, green, farm to table, safety, training, community involvement, career advancement

      Cons

      very large company...easy to get lost in the shuffle, so much of what is expected does not take each individual situation into account

      felxible schedule, good pay, easy job. just set up event, make sure to restock buffets, buss tables, and takedown event.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
