      Pros

      Lots of resources and many people to meet. Lots of talent and the ability to create amazing products.

      Cons

      For a 9 billion dollar company it seems many accounts lack the support they deserve from the hourly level to the manager level. It is uncomfortable when unrealistic expectations are set up for management and hourly associates.

      Unlimited pto, great colleagues, and good work life balance.

      Cons

      it really depends on your manager. The 401(k) is lacking.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
