      Structured. Great benefits and decent compensation.

      Cons

      Egos, back stabbing, no work/life balance. Job was glamorized in interview and when I got in the role, all the masks came off.

      it really depends on your manager. The 401(k) is lacking.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
