Cons
Very strict corporate institution that loses common sense. Head chef is definitely intimidated by competent and experienced cooks. Lies about protocols and doesn’t supply tools necessary to complete job. They are stuck in their ways of over 12yrs and afraid of change that could improve efficiency. I was scolded for organizing dry storage and the walk in fridge. Head chef overly flaunts her outdated knowledge with condescending remarks
