      Pros

      Schedule is great. I have more time after work to explore my interests and get things done. as a company having health insurance and other benefits help.

      Cons

      My position has no room to grow. I have issues with lack of assistance from upper management, some staff members including Mangers tend to be "clicky" and looks unprofessional. pay isn't at all bad but it doesn't show value for the amount work done. PTO accumulation is very slow.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
