I understand a company has to make money, but that is all that this company is focused on. They treat their employees only as a commodity. To be used and thrown away. There is absolutely no loyalty. There is also no recognition of tenure. They used to give rewards for staying for many years, but now they don't even give you a thank you. Because you don't matter to them. You are cattle.
