Great Company
Feb 16, 2023 - Client Insights Analyst in Reston, VARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Great company. Benefits include unlimited PTO, good 401K match, flexible hours, fully remote
Cons
Many layers to the management ladder, hard to progress up the chain

Pros
Some really smart, talented and hardworking people still there. interesting projects to work on and good standing relationships with clients. unlimited PTO and good work life balance ( partly because people are burned out/checked out so people really do tap out at like 5p even if there is more to do)
Cons
Really bad politics especially at the c level/exec level makes the whole enviornment super toxic and dysfunctional -especially since the Shareablee people have effectively taken over every team but know almost nothing about the larger business. Products are on their last legs and selling them/renewals are super hard because things haven't been updated in years. mediocre compensation, NO perks or good benefits ( esp considering the perks at similar companies) besides unlimited PTO. Zero culture - offices are closed or empty and just generally unappealing - my office hadn't had drinking water for like 3 weeks when i left. Constant layoffs and pointless reorgs that just add confusion to an already confusing place. Also - there is literally zero onboarding (besides "Watch these 3 year old videos") so unless you get lucky and work under someone who has been there a while you're going to have a hard time learning anything.

Stay clear of this sinking ship!
Jan 30, 2023 - Security EngineerRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Unlimited PTO, decent healthcare benefits (though they are expensive out of pocket), decent salary, great work-life balance, some great colleagues.
Cons
Poor 401k matching that vests within 2 years of the company, Micro and mis-management within teams, lack of communication between teams, Incompetent low and upper management, lack of company direction, slow and inefficient business processes, subpar products, lack of proper training and documentation, and outdated tech stack among any other cons that can be thought of at this shell of a company. Lastly, as a fully-remote employee, I feel that I am isolated from the remainder of my colleagues and bosses. At this company, the cons seem to outweigh the pros. I don't see myself working for this company within the next three to six months.

Pros
+ Unlimited FTO + A lot of opportunity to learn new skills and pad your resume
Cons
- Sub-standard compensation - Out of pocket for benefits keeps increasing - No employee stock purchase program - Bonuses partially paid in stock which keeps losing value - Constantly changing priorities resulted in wasted work/resources as well as: missed deadlines and opportunities, constant drain on morale, and continued deterioration in trust and confidence in leadership. - Leadership talks out both sides of their mouth. They say data quality is top priority, but they perpetually under-fund and overwork the teams directly responsible for data quality.

It was a steady job with decent benefits and the people I worked with directly were great.
Cons
-Awful executive management -Went through 4 CEOs in the 5 years I was there -Multiple rounds of layoffs and consolidation -Little to no annual merit increase -No room for growth -Zero company culture

Disorganized
Feb 13, 2023 - Software Engineering Manager in Portland, ORRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The main pro is that there are some really great people that work there.
Cons
Upper management. In the time i was there we had 4 CEO's in 3 years. In engineering, there was a lack of ownership or at least understanding who owned what between engineering, product, and analytics so getting requirements was fairly impossible. Also, there was a constant change in direction from management.

Great potential but poorly run company
Nov 1, 2022 - Director, Client ServicesRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Unlimited FTO, opportunity for career progression, extremely talented co-workers
Cons
No clear vision, too many products, disjointed organization (even after many re-orgs), non-transparent leadership, Reductions in Force on a regular basis, no management training program
