      Excellent company with many opportunities for growth and development within.

      Cons

      Senior leadership more focused on making money and less focused on patient experience, even though patient experience is the supposed "main focus" of the company.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
