Pros

- Co-workers were great people - A couple of decent managers - Work from home after Covid19

Cons

- No respect for employees' wellbeing, to the point were you had to fight management for things as simple as attending a doctors' appointment. - The equipment is ancient and does not work properly, yet somehow, this is the employees' fault. - If the internet is down or there is a power shortage in your area, again, it's your fault. - If there is not enough work so you cannot hit your targets, again, your fault and you get disciplinaries for that. - Being good at your job is definitely the worst thing you can do. There are only expectations from you and if you slip up, even once, you are in big trouble. But you might get a piece of paper that says you're good at your job. Might... On the other hand, if you do nothing all day, sleep at your desk and keep doing that for years, no one ever bats an eye. - No questions, regarding things that actually matter, ever get proper answers, just vague replies that take all responsibility off management. - It is nearly impossible to get your bonus. They always find ridiculous reasons not to give you a bonus or change the "requirements" so no one can ever get it. - You will never get a chance to progress unless you are one of the "chosen ones". You might get told you are about to progress, they will have you doing stuff for them (so you learn...), but after a few months of doing management's work for them (for no extra pay obviously), a manager's friend will get the job instead of you. - Constant mess-ups with people's pays and tax codes. Lovely having to fight for your hard earned money because the outsourced payroll cannot do their jobs properly! All you get is empty promises and ridiculous excuses.

Cons

I don’t have cons to share. I’ve been with the company for 15+ years.

Pros

The people and team leads are nice for where I work.

Cons

For a new contract no one really knows a lot about the retailer. We are told one thing in training now other people coming in are told something else. The benefits are strange. They have medical dental and vision. But, they have no sick time at all? No vacation the pto is accrued which is fine but let’s say you need to see a doctor you can’t use it because you have to put in 2 weeks in advance? You get points for anything and everything under the sun? That I don’t understand. I worked through the years for a lot of companies and third party retailers and it was never like that. I just think no federal holiday time off is not so good especially if it’s a religious kind of holiday a family holiday.
