Pros
None, we've been dumped in a breakout room for 80% of the time, and our trainer has read a few slides 2-3 times.
Cons
1. Poor training - No support in training - Unable to review live calls - Mentors/SMEs unable to provide support during nesting - When concerns are raised about this, the trainer basically said Too bad, so sad we made the request and were told no... so it's w/e. - Trainer also encouraged people to work off the clock if they were unable to finish their modules by the end of the shift, so essentially they were unpaid for work. 2. Every QA offense is a write-up, or worse. I'm quitting before even getting out of training. This is INSANE. By far the worst introduction in 14 years of call center experience.
