Pros

- good salary - good location

Cons

- no career advancement in the company. They keep promising you that you are "suitable" for the role that you've applied. But in the end, they never give any more updates about it. - not encouraging at all. They just focus on your mistake, not your achievement - there is no chance for you to defend yourself when they think you've made a mistake. - higher rank employee sometimes use profanity when doing briefing (understandable under certain circumstances) - the company give over load work to the employee. Employee has to go back home sometimes at 11PM or even 2 AM just to finish work. THAT'S BECAUSE they don't want to hire another person for that position! or maybe other reason i don't know what. - company terminate people easily. When they don't like you or don't "need" you, they will keep finding your mistakes and start giving out warning letters until finally you cannot take it anymore. It's either you win (stay put at the company with all the pressures they give), or they win (fire you). - they keep expecting all the lower rank employee to do the job without mistakes - They give a very little quota for leave / day off. Only 1 employee can take leave per day which is very hard for other employee if there is emergency - if there is some legal document issue e.g have to extend your passport, or visa, they will not grand you emergency leave. They will deduct your annual leave allowance to take care of those issue which I think it's not fair.

Pros

Paid on time, provided equipment, decent benefits from day one, nice co-workers

Cons

Sweatshop mentality of the supervisors, threats of demotion/termination for medical leave, random layoffs when calls didn't justify hours, with those same hours shifted to supervisors to keep them active. Unable to print paystubs, had to request everything through a supervisor, and provide copious amounts of private information to have the request honored. Corrosive environment - I left as soon as I got another offer, gave 24 hours notice (and I've never, ever done that before). Unless you're on the verge of homelessness or starvation, avoid at all costs.
