      Pros

      No micromanaging, flexible hours, earn based on your ability. I've been here for several years and I like it, but it's not for everyone. They pay piece rate, so you have to work to make money. Some positions pay better than others. The people are nice, they're pretty flexible to work for and overall it's a good job. If I wasn't happy, I'd be looking elsewhere.

      Cons

      Benefits are not great, the building and furniture is old, no paid breaks.

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
