Working from home was a plus, but a new policy put in place April 2018 is eliminating most remote positions. I don’t get it. Very small raises, but I guess that’s the new norm. Minimal job security. RIF’s (reductions-in-force) around every corner Pure cost-cutting mode right now. Mostly real estate & staffing costs being cut. Departments are encouraged to work together but provide no efforts or incentives to do so Lots of current positions are being offshored which is what it is I guess Severance policy was reduced from 10 weeks to 4 weeks over the course of 2017
