      Pros

      Working from home, easiest job to get, they only require 6 months of customer service. Always hiring

      Cons

      High Tunrover rate. Your manager will be switched every couple months. I seriously mean that. Get used to it. Company is very unorganized. Mangers do not follow the company rules that they promise to uphold. Payroll is a nightmare. My check was messed up multiple times.

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
