      Pros

      None. The pro was the ability to work remotely, but this is in the process of being taken away. No thanks to Ashok.

      Cons

      - Low employee morale - No or extremely low merit increase (does not matter how high your rating is in your performance review) - Performance reviews are just done to ‘check the box’ - does not do anything for career development - No pension - Very little company match in 401k - can’t rely on this to retire - Expensive medical plan options - you need to pay a supplement to cover a spouse!

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
