Never have to take work home, learning about the processing of debit card payments and dispute resolution. Learn how to prevent unauthorized use of your debit card

Cons

Pay per call. No career advancement. Misleading attendance policy. Management is of no help. You have to train with out additional pay

Pros

Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

Cons

High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
