      Pros

      7 1/2 hour shifts, it was optional to work a full 8.

      Cons

      At the time before I was hired they said that they don't work more than 6 days a week. It turns out when I started working there I found out that many times they were working 7 days a week. That was not something I signed up for. Then they said that they would be switching to 12 hour rotating shifts. Even then employees were getting less than 40 hours as a result. The management were very disorganized.

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
