      Pros

      Coduent formly known as Xerox has a great work culture and offers lots of opportunities for the growth of its employees.

      Cons

      The onsite visits at client sites are very less. Most of the projects were handled by the off shore teams apart from the daily status meetings on telephone calls.

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
