Pros

A company evolving from underperforming to performing at/above market. Significant investment in new capabilities.

Cons

1. Changed comp plan to much lower rates and eliminated payment on renewals & certain products. 2. Brought in a bunch of Client Partners from outside the company with varying degrees of ability 3. Fired 20% of the salesforce in January without any discussion 4. Used to pay commissions monthly, now Quarterly. 5. Require all client facing and sales people to use their own credit card for taxi's, personal meals and client dinners. 6. Dont pay any matching on 401K's until yearend (should be same week/monthly) 7. Made the worst decision in the world to require client facing and remote workers to sit in offices. 8. Changed comp plans and job descriptions in March - still do not have a job description or comp plan 4 months later. 9. Want collaboration but only pay 1 sales person for each deal - mass confusion about horizontal product sales role vs vertical industry sales role. 10. Extremely poor candid communication - it seems like every leader reporting to the CEO and CEO DR's just doesn't want to voice dissent because they are afraid of getting fired.

Pros

Paid on time, provided equipment, decent benefits from day one, nice co-workers

Cons

Sweatshop mentality of the supervisors, threats of demotion/termination for medical leave, random layoffs when calls didn't justify hours, with those same hours shifted to supervisors to keep them active. Unable to print paystubs, had to request everything through a supervisor, and provide copious amounts of private information to have the request honored. Corrosive environment - I left as soon as I got another offer, gave 24 hours notice (and I've never, ever done that before). Unless you're on the verge of homelessness or starvation, avoid at all costs.
