      Pros

      Compensation if you are a fresher. Health Benefits for you and your dependents. Sodexo Coupons(well...the compensation part covers it, I am just writing it to make bullets).

      Cons

      Lack of energetic environment which fuels ideas, innovation. A non-tech culture. People don't know or even talk about technology. There is better probability that you are in a team in which half of the team is related to each other. PS: These are strictly for NCR offices. I believe they have pretty intelligent people and innovative projects in Bengaluru.

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
