      Pros

      the client base of the company is pretty good. gives you a chance to actually work for big tech companies.

      Cons

      salary is one big joke, and the company wasn't paying any attention to employees and their feedbacks. managers in Prague department have no idea how to manage and how to work. no one wants to know your opinion or hear you complaining about the performance of supervisors or higher management on site.

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
