Pros
Schedules are pretty consistent. Benefits are all right, but do not begin till 90 days of employment. Most of the supervisors are very nice, but their immediate supervisors seem to be too demanding and unreasonable.
Cons
Not nearly enough training to keep up with constant policy changes (by constant, I mean weekly). It always feels like you don't know enough about your job and there's little to no opportunities to enrich your knowledge of policy.
