Frustrating... - Junior Administrator Conduent Employee Review

Honestly... The company was recently bought out, at least half of all the best employees have gone on to other opportunities. Not everyone, but a lot of the management that is left behind are the people who couldn't move out of the company... Management is a huge problem here. For example, managers who show up to work once a week or less is common. Because of this there is a LOT of work for new hires to do to pick up the slack, and resources (job training, manuals, working computers etc.) are pretty sparse.... There is a huge learning curve working here, expect to work at least 45 -50 hours a week
