      Work from home PTO NO commuting to and from work

      Constant schedule changes and little communication from management on system issues- The pay is too low for the actual job we do. Advancement within not available unless you have a hookup. You must have a open schedule and be flexible for the constant schedule changes, no regard to having a family seems like the job even though its from home, you hardly see family members and its a shame.

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
