Pros

working from home and thats it

Cons

Well, for starters you do get pto and unplanned time off but there is nothing in place for emergencies, the whole job is taught to lie about system issues and screensharing not working properly but they are requirements. Your promotions depend on customer surveys..most of the time customers are angry and the surveys they leave have nothing to do with your call. Also you get bad surveys from people you never even spoke with and they say it evens out because you also get good surveys from people you havent spoke to (which is a lie)...everyday there is a new rule, something that we were able to say yesterday cannot be said tomorrow, it is a lot..feels like a slave ship I loved my sups but thats about it

Pros

Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

Cons

High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
