      Pros

      Decent pay, great benefits. That's all.

      Cons

      No assistance for reps who need it while on a call. Supervisor unreachable because he was in another country and could not have cell phone on floor. No sense of teamwork or company culture. If you leave, and you are eligible for rehire, get it in writing. Don't trust anything they tell you.

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
