The culture is very toxic. There is no real care for the employees. The client is important but being threatened with disciplinary actions any time a mistake is made is not encouraging. The constant change in supervisors is ridiculous. Once you get comfortable under a new supervisor, you’re moved to a new one. Also, some of the supervisors were dumber than the customers being helped. Trying to get help was like pulling teeth. Very little PTO is earned each pay period. The constant verbal abuse from customers with no give becomes grueling after years. The company never has a real plan about anything. It’s very on the fly.
