Pros
Conservice offers lots of benefits to its employees, and knows how to keep the workplace energetic! I expected a desk job to be bland and boring but I really enjoy the work I do. I've enjoyed learning how Conservice works and how what we do benefits our clients. Leadership does a good job at motivating us and making work enjoyable with Power Hours and the occasional team activities.
Cons
While most leadership is good at taking a team member's input or ideas on something, it is a little more difficult to find ways to give input for Conservice as a whole. I saw an issue with how a coworker was treated by their peers for their gender identity, and while Conservice did take initiative to change some of the difficulties they had (i.e. adding pronouns, preferred name in HRX), it took a year after they had quit for Conservice to do something about it. I had a hard time figuring out how I could make a change and give my input on something bigger than the team level.
