-Overtime opportunities -Ability to sit down for entire duration of shift - Wellness program
Cons
$14.00 pay- which is low for the high volume of calls expected to take - Demographic is comprised of seniors, combine that with troubleshooting and length of calls can be lengthy - Feedback of call review was contradictory each week (i.e. have your voice sound higher, then your voice sounds too high pitch talk lower) -No positive feedback on performance even when you know your sales are high and there are positive highlights- only received negative feedback in general when my metrics were good in a lot of other areas by company standard -TSS always is stressed out and irritated from high volume of calls
