Pros
Work from home environment is a bonus over having to travel to work everyday.
Cons
For starters, they track everything you do which is expected when you are using company resources but they can remotely turn on your camera and microphone without you knowing. This is a huge breach of privacy and unacceptable business practice. Needless to say, I will not be working there much longer and to all future employees...beware of this!!! Just an aside, I know many of you are probably saying how would I know if the company was snooping on me, well management made me aware of this at one point accidentally. Also, they have they have several different environments for you to log into like linux, windows server and another windows server environment then on top of that there are a million usernames and passwords you have to remember. It is inundation at its finest and highly impractical.
